The Diplomacy Center Foundation (“Diplomacy Center Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and want you to understand how we collect, disclose, and use information about you. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy“) describes our Personal Information collection practices when you visit our website and any other website or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site“). This Policy also explains how we may use or share your Personal Information, how we safeguard it, and how you may access and control its use in connection with our electronic communications and other activities.

• Contact information, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• Personal characteristics, such as your age, gender, and date of birth;
• Professional information, such as your professional contact information and position;
• Employment information, such as information contained in your resume or CV;

We may combine such Personal Information with information we already have about you.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Site, we may use various technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Site is accessed and used (“Usage Information“). Usage Information may include, in part, browser type, operating system, the page served, the time, and the preceding page views. Statistical data provides information about the use of the Site – how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they ‘click’ on. We may also group this information into aggregate data to describe the use of the Site to our existing or potential business partners or other third parties.
We may also automatically collect your IP address or other generated unique identifier (“Device Identifier“), your domain name, the website from which you entered our Site, and the computer, mobile device, technology, or other devices (collectively, “Device“) you use to access the Site. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically and randomly assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier.
The technologies used on the Site to collect Usage Information, including Device Identifiers, may include, without limitation:
Cookies. Cookies are data files placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Site. We, or our third-party analytics service providers, may place cookies or similar files on your Device for security purposes, to facilitate site navigation, and to personalize your experience while visiting our Site. A cookie may be added to your browser if you click a link in an email to record the fact that you selected the link. We use tools, such as Google Analytics, to collect technical and navigational information, such as browser type, time spent on our Site, and pages visited. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
Please see Section 4 below for more information about the choices you may have concerning cookies.
Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons may be included in our Site and email messages. Web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs) or similar technologies may be used for many purposes, including to count visitors to the Site, to monitor how users navigate the Site, to count how many emails were opened, or to determine whether the content sent was viewed.
Cross-Device Tracking. We use data analytics companies to engage in “cross-device tracking.” Cross-device tracking occurs when platforms, publishers, and analytics companies try to connect a consumer’s activity across smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, and other connected devices. The goal of cross-device tracking is to enable companies to link a consumer’s behavior across devices.

Our Site includes social media features, such as YouTube videos integrated into the Site. These features may collect information about you and your site’s use, such as your IP address. They may also set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly, keep statistics on or otherwise analyze videos you may have viewed, or measure other similar interactions during your visit to the Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the third-party organization providing it. You can learn more about YouTube’s practices by going to https://policies.google.com/privacy?.
